Teresa Moss

 I am an Ace Certified Group Fitness and Personal Trainer.  IPE Natural Bodybuilding Pro and 5X Nationally Qualified NPC bodybuilding competitor.  I have ran the Lost Lake and the Road to Hana Relay Marathons.  I love coaching and training from youth sports to marathon training.  Be it a 5K to a mountain bike marathon.  From bodybuilding to weight-loss or injury recovery.  I am in your corner!  I started my own Journey at the age of 40 when I was an overweight mother of 4 in 2012.  There is nothing I love more than seeing my clients excel and succeed at whatever their goals are.

I offer plans and classes that are geared for every fitness level.  Whether you are a beginner to an elite athlete, I can create a plan to take you to the next level.  Need to become a better runner? Volleyball player? Hockey? Bodybuilding?  I can do it all.  So do you have what it takes.......I know you do!

 An online personal trainer can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space.  I specialize in body and lifestyle transformations and use physical training, nutritional changes, and improvements in thinking to help you reach your goals. I will teach you how to eat right and exercise correctly, and help you understand the various aspects of fitness, from nutrition to mobility. I believe in training the mind, body and soul and can deliver all of this to you through online workout and nutrition programs

Customized Plan

 If you would like your own online personal trainer, I will create a plan for exercise, nutrition, or both, and help you work through the program(s).  As your online fitness coach, I will help you every step of the way. 

All fitness levels welcome

 I offer a diverse set of online fitness workout/personal training services. This includes weight loss, nutrition plans, cardio, cross-training, strength training, aerobic training, running, functional fitness and bootcamp/crossfit style workouts.

Goals

I strive to help everyone who comes to me, attain their goals.  I am there and present to encourage, push and lead you to be the best you can be.  I have helped increase mobility, build muscle, lose fat, recover from injuries, prepare for fit for duty physical tests and so much more.  This is my passion...to help others!
